  The owner suggests you look at the property first before she will take you for a viewing. You do and get told it's sold. Asks you basically for your bank balance and gripes about how many people waste her time.

  Nice lady; but never seems to have time to ask questions or to arrange an inspection of a house sale. Shame really I love to support a local. Hire another representative to help you out, when your busy. Maybe on a causal basis. If cost is an issue.

  Totally agree with the other bad reviews. Kelly Flanagan is hopeless, we wanted to view two properties and all she asked over and over again about if we are ready to buy and did we have our finances in place. We are but that's none of her business and she should have taken us to view the properties! She was rude and we will NEVER buy anything from her and strongly suggest to people out there DO NOT list with her as you'll miss out on people interested in buying. And mind you that was after 3 days of ringing the office trying to arrange to view the property and she didn't ring us back, you had to just keep ringing and try to catch her there. We bought a house from Ken Tassle from LJ Hooker in SWR and he was great, i highly recommend him.

  Don't sell your property with this woman, she wouldn't show us 5 we asked to view. We ended up buying from a better agent.
